Russian assault detachments captured two more quarters of Artyomovsk, the Russian Defense Ministry said. According to the agency, airborne units are suppressing enemy attempts to counterattack from the flanks.
Over the past day, aviation made six sorties in the area, artillery completed 57 fire missions. The total losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donetsk direction exceeded 250 servicemen per day. In the Kupyansk direction, enemy units located in the areas of settlements of the Lugansk People's Republic and the Kharkiv region were hit.
