Russian law enforcement agencies have established that Ukrainian citizen Yuri Denisov was involved in the murder of military commander Maxim Fomin, better known as Vladlen Tatarsky. It was he who handed Daria Trepova an explosive device camouflaged as a plaster bust.
The attacker has already left Russia, the procedure for putting him on the international wanted list has been initiated. As noted in the FSB, the organizers of the terrorist attack in St. Petersburg are the special services of Ukraine and their agents from the Russian opposition.
