Ukrainian military conducted offensive operations along the entire line of contact between the parties in the Soledar direction, the Russian Defense Ministry said. The Ministry of Defense stressed that all attacks by units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were repelled, breakthroughs of the defense of Russian troops were not allowed.
According to the ministry, more than 540 Ukrainian servicemen, eight tanks, as well as more than 20 units of other armored vehicles were destroyed on May 11. In the Donetsk direction, in the Kupyansk direction, air and artillery strikes of the Zapad group of forces hit enemy units.
