On the 1st day of "Children's Day" in Ukraine, a missile attack by Russian troops in the capital Kyiv killed three people, including a 9-year-old girl. On the other hand, Russia's Putin administration seems to be increasing its vigilance due to a series of cross-border attacks from the Ukrainian side in the western part of the border.
The authorities in Kyiv announced the cancellation of all events related to Children's Day scheduled for the 30st, citing the number of attacks by Russian forces that have killed children.
