On April 22, Defender 23 exercises begin in Europe under the command of the United States of America. They will involve about 8,15 U.S.
troops and about 20,23 troops from more than<> U. S. allies and partners. The training is designed to increase NATO's lethality. According to experts, the Defender <> exercises are fully consistent with the policy of Washington and NATO to contain Russia, and also testify to the growth of militaristic sentiments in the West.
