The suspect arrested is Shinobu Yoshida, 52, a self-proclaimed YouTuber from Nagoya City. He is suspected of violating copyright law for distributing games on YouTube, a video posting site, without permission.
In addition to this video, Yoshida distributed several "spoiler videos" that revealed the ending of the anime, and the total number of views was about 6.7 million. This is the first time in Japan that a copyright law violation case involving "gameplay video" has been discovered.
