Pseudotherapies include urine therapy, urotherapy, shivambu or amaroli. The idea is always the same: reuse urine for supposed medicinal purposes.

There is not a single scientific study that endorses the use of urine as a medicinal therapy. It is useless and dangerous. Drinking the elements that our own body discards as toxic or unnecessary escapes, at least, all logic. The more dehydrated we are, the more our kidneys concentrate urine and the less water they expel since they know we need it.
