Located on the rooftop of a building in Ginza, Tokyo, a motor-only road called the "KK Line" is planned to be redeveloped into a pedestrian-only space in the future. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and other organizations wanted to make it a new tourist base modeled on the "High Line" in New York, USA.
The plan is to enrich the greenery and create a lively atmosphere by setting up mobile shops, and make it possible to come and go to the surrounding districts and facilities.
