In February, a dump truck driver in his 2s was sent to the police station on suspicion of violating the Road Traffic Act for cutting into front of a mini vehicle and obstructing driving on a road in Japan Bridge, Tokyo. Video taken with a smartphone by a man who was driving a mini car shows the driver of the dump truck approaching the driver's seat of the mini car and urging him to get out of the car.
The driver admitted the charges and said, "I was angry when the horn was honked"
