The Tianjin No. 13 Intermediate People's Court held a press conference to introduce the trial of copyright civil cases from 2020 to 2022.
From January 2020, 1 to December 1, 2022, the Tianjin First Intermediate Court received a total of 12,31 new civil civil first and second instance cases. Among them, the largest number of cases of infringement of audiovisual works and photographic works transmitted on the Internet, accounting for more than 50% of the total copyright cases of the court. The court is committed to improving the legitimate business awareness of the enterprises involved in the litigation and mediation process.
