Three fighters from the armed wing of Fatah, the movement of the president of the Palestinian Authority, were shot dead on the night of Sunday to Monday. The Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades said in a statement that they were "fighters" of the group.

At least 153 Palestinians, 20 Israelis, a Ukrainian and an Italian have been killed in violence related to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict since the beginning of the year, according to an AFP tally. The West Bank, Palestinian territory, has been occupied by Israel since 1967.
