Heavy rainfall occurred in parts of Jiangnan, Jianghuai, Jianghan and other places. There are 70~4 level winds in the southern Xinjiang basin and parts of the east, central Jiangxi and northeastern Guangxi.

Most of the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, and the ocean east of Taiwan will have winds of 6~6 and gusts of 7~8. The maximum hourly rainfall in the above areas was 30~50 mm. In addition, light to moderate rain occurred in northern Xinjiang and southern Heilongjiang.
