The author believes that in the context of many many other industries supporting ticket refunds, supporting the return of tickets is more likely to win the trust of consumers than to strongly demand that the ticket is not refunded. It is undeniable that some "scalpers" make huge profits by reselling performance tickets, and if they are not sold out near the performance time, they hope the ticket seller or organizer can refund the tickets.
