[HIGHLIGHTS] The Promise: how the melodrama of a lifetime managed to rescue the afternoons of RTVE

The Promise is a new daily series of RTVE that will accompany The Exquisite. The series came from the hand of Bamboo Productions at the beginning of the year.

In just six months and 100 chapters it has already become the television phenomenon of the season. The strip was a pending issue for La 1 since Amar en tiempos revueltos passed into the hands of Atresmedia and became Amar es para siempre, 10 years ago. In the last two years alone, RTVE has tried at least seven after-meal fictions, including Downton Abbey.
