French government wants to "secure and regulate" the internet. Measures include a free anti-scam filter and a ban on cyberstalkers.

The measure will be presented Wednesday in the Council of Ministers. It will be "gradually enriched before the Olympic Games" in Paris in the summer of 2024. The government wants companies to allow companies to "change much more easily to allow a different "portability" of the data of "cloud" players such as Google, Microsoft and Amazon.
