Sven-Bertil Taube has had his final rest in the sea outside Sjösala in the Stockholm archipelago. The beloved artist and actor's ashes were scattered outside the family's sung summer place.
The summer house, located on Hölö southeast of Värmdö, was built by Taube's parents Evert and Astri Taube in the 1930s. It was where the Taube family spent their summers and the place is sung in "Sj Ösala vals"
