In Tokyo, 11 businesses that were conducting PCR tests for the new corona for free have inflated the number of tests and fraudulently applied for subsidies from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. The total amount of fraudulent applications amounted to approximately 11.183 billion yen, of which more than 16.7000 billion yen was granted.
Some businesses have admitted fraud and responded to the return, others have not admitted fraud, and the Tokyoropolitan Government will provide information to the Metropolitan Police Department and will continue to investigate.
