In February, a couple in their 2s were arrested for turning their 2-month-old son upside down. Police believe that the couple was stressed by childcare, and are investigating the circumstances.
The second son was treated and is currently not in danger of life, but at the time of transport, he had other injuries and was in a serious condition for a while. Police have not confirmed the identities of the two men, saying they interfered with the investigation. The incident was discovered in late February when her husband, Sho, reported that his son was breathing weakly.
