Children found the body of a young woman in the schoolyard of their primary school in Recklinghausen. The identity of the dead and the cause of death are still unclear.
The dead woman could not be a student of the school because of her age. Because of the unclear situation, a homicide squad was routinely set up. Classes at the elementary school were canceled on Monday, according to the city. Emergency chaplains would then have taken care of the children, police said.
