Notre-Dame de Paris will be able to find its spire, which had collapsed with part of the framework during the fire that ravaged it four years ago. Identical to the previous one, the spire must be rebuilt with the original materials.
The installation of its base must be completed this Saturday. The reopening to the public of the masterpiece of Gothic art is still planned "in December 2024", after the Summer Olympics in Paris, says the archbishop of Paris, Mgr Laurent Ulrich.
