The 47-year-old's immediate goal remains the 2024 Africa Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast. He says he will resign if the Atlas Lions don't reach the semi-finals at the next Africa Cup Of Nations in 2024. "It was a surprise. Being a national team manager was not a goal I had right away," he revealed.
