Photographer Nichol Lechmanik is suing rapper Kanye West for undisclosed damages. She claims he caused her "great mental and emotional pain" after an altercation in January.
Since the incident, the plaintiff has been afraid to continue her profession. The photographer is demanding "general, special and punitive damages," as lawyer Gloria Allred said.
