A number of catering companies in Zhuzhou reported to the association that a father and son used the reason that the restaurant company sold "pat cucumbers" and other cold mixed vegetables without a cold food production and sales license. The reported restaurant companies believed that the relevant reports were "malicious reports" and jointly reflected.

In July last year, a restaurant in Hefei, Anhui Province, was fined 7,5000 yuan for selling "Pat cucumber" on takeaway platforms without obtaining cold food business qualifications.
