Since May, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Folk Culture Center has been built in Siba Town, Liangzhou District, Wuwei City, Gansu Province. The town is named by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism as the "Hometown of Chinese Folk Culture and Art" The museum's "Liangzhou Xianxiao", is an ancient narrative folk rap art accompanied by three strings.
It is a service tool used by the Dangxiang and Qiang people to strengthen ideological education, publicize Confucian culture.
