Zaduo County is named for its water and famous for its ecology. It is located in the hinterland of the source of the three rivers.
The special geographical location and important ecological position have created the uniqueness of the ecological environment in the Sanjiangyuan area. No garbage in the whole area and plastic ban and waste reduction have been effective, Zaduo officials say. The county has implemented the mutual garbage disposal model by local government with participation by the public. It has also made practical moves in building a beautiful new home suitable for living, traveling and working on the plateau.
