Arisa Tatsushima (29), a temporary employee, was found dead in a vacant tenant of a multi-tenant building in Minamitsuboi-cho, Chuo-ku, Kumamoto City. Police believe that she may have been involved in the incident.
Security cameras in the vicinity showed a woman believed to be Mr. Tats Fukushima walking alone, but after that, it was newly discovered from interviews with investigators that a woman was showing a woman talking to a security camera near the building where the body was found.
