The number of visitors to the "Tenmonkan Library" in Kagoshima City exceeded 1 million in just over a year since its opening. The millionth person was Shin Kaizaki (9), who was handed a souvenir and a bouquet of flowers by the mayor of Shimotsuru City.
The collection of approximately 4,4 books and a space for children to play, designed to be enjoyed by a wide range of generations. About 100,100 people visit on many holidays, compared to the municipal library located far from the downtown area.
