The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) has decided to promote online interviews at Hello Work. These are required for people who have lost their jobs to receive unemployment benefits.
People raising children, those who are receiving continuous treatment, and patients with intractable diseases will be allowed to complete online procedures without face-to-face interviews. The implementation locations are Hello Work of nine large labor bureaus nationwide, including Tokyo, Osaka, and Aichi. It has been confirmed that the needs of users and convenience have improved.
