Eurovision Song Contest is held every year for one week in May. But for many artists, the work begins long before the finals week.

Campaign tours are today an important piece of the puzzle to establish themselves with the audience. As early as March, so-called "pre-parties" began to be arranged by ESC fans around Europe. At these, several of this year's contestants have performed and met the audience, some for the first time. The UK's entry Mae Muller competes with the entry "I wrote a song", which had its world premiere live at one of the pre-partie in Barcelona.
