[HIGHLIGHTS] Fame, sex, money and drugs: Hugo Silva portrays "the human zoo" of professional football in the new HBO Max series

Headless Chickens is a new HBO comedy starring Hugo Silva and Kira Miró. The story is based on the life of former Real Madrid player Alberto Martin.

The series is "a dramatic or bittersweet comedy" that mercilessly portrays the shames of a universe tremendously far from the glamour it sells. "Footballers have to learn to manage fame and money in a very short space of time," says producer Carolina Bang. "A flawless character is a joke to play and watch," says screenwriter Jorge Valdano Sáenz.
