Britain's Prince Edward is scheduled to visit Berlin on Monday. He will honour young people who have taken part in the "Duke of Edinburgh's International Award" The youth program, which bears the title of Duke in its name, was originally founded by his father, Prince Philip, in the fifties.
Edward is the youngest child of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip. He is 15 years younger than Prince Charles and 18 years older than heir to the throne Prince William. He has now slipped to 13th place in the line of succession to the British throne.
