The Takao Mikoromo Reido in Hachioji City, Tokyo, is the only facility in Japan that commemorates those who died in industrial accidents under the approval of the government. About 60 people, including bereaved family members, attended the ceremony to place white chrysanthemum flowers on the spiritual position of the Holy Spirit.

Mr. Tamura, who lost his son in the tsunami of the Great East Japan Earthquake, said, "By getting together with the bereaved families, you can feel that you are not alone"
