Filmmaker Luis Carrizo and historian Manel Lucas have created a documentary miniseries. The Years of the Transition focuses on the years between the death of Franco and the start of felipism in the 1982 elections.

The series refreshes in two one-hour chapters and two thematic reports with testimonies of historians and journalists. "The emotional story is also important, we must not lose sight of the fact that it was an unrepeatable personal experience for millions of people," says the director.
