The revised Consumer Contract Law was enacted in May last year in response to the aging of the population and the expansion of online transactions due to the Corona disaster. The revised Specified Commercial Transactions Act, which allows the issuance of contracts in paper writing, such as door-to-door sales, by e-mail with the consent of consumers, came into effect on January 1.
