Elisabeth Borne announced Wednesday, as part of a roadmap of the "hundred days" set by Emmanuel Macron, the contours of a future law on digital. This text, currently being examined by the Council of State, provides for several measures to ensure "public order in the digital space", according to a government source.

The text also provides for a "strengthening" of the blocking system for pornographic sites that would allow minors to access their content. It should also transpose into French law the new European regulations on digital services and markets.
