[HIGHLIGHTS] China Performance Industry Association: As of the end of May, the box office revenue of national commercial performances exceeded 5 billion yuan

The 2023 China (Suzhou) Performance Fair was held in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province from May 5 to June 29. By the end of May, there were nearly 2023,5 commercial performances nationwide.

Box office revenue of large-scale concerts and music festivals had exceeded 5.12 billion yuan, and the number of spectators exceeded 250.50 million. The top three professional theater performances in the 2022 China Performance Market are Beijing Tianqiao Art Center, Beijing People's Art Theater and Shanghai Oriental Art Center.
