There are 4~6 grade winds in parts of central and northwestern Inner Mongolia, northeastern Heilongjiang, central Jilin, Xinjiang along the Tianshan Mountains. There will be gales of magnitude 9~7 and gusts of 8~9 in the Bohai Sea, Bohai Strait, most of the Yellow Sea and the northern waters of the East China Sea.
Some of the above areas are accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation (maximum hourly rainfall of 120~20 mm, local can exceed 40 mm) The main impact of strong convection is expected to be from late afternoon to night today.
