Wind gusts of 7~9 in northern Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, northern Shaanxi and other places, and above 10 in local areas, and sand or floating dust weather in some of the above areas. Heavy rain or torrential rain (50~80 mm) in Nyingchi and Shannan areas of Tibet, and Baisha in Hainan.

Light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of Xinjiang along the Tianshan Mountains, western and northern Tibet,. and southern Qinghai.
