A new California law allows sexual assault lawsuits to be filed without restriction by a statute of limitations. The allegations made by Valentino did not contain any facts or evidence, Cosby's spokesman Andrew Wyatt told CNN. There are also contradictions in the woman's numerous allegations, he said. More than 60 women have accused Cosby of sexual assault of various kinds.
