German-Ghanaian artist Jojo Gronostay uses textile waste sent to Africa to send it back to the West in the form of works of art. His series Brutalism is currently exhibited at the Circulation(s) festival at the Centquatre, in Paris.

He trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna and the Fine arts in Paris, and is married to a Ghanaian woman. He is currently living in Paris with his wife and two children, who live in Germany and Ghana.
