Initiated by Renaissance MP Stéphanie Rist, this bill aims to facilitate access to care by unbottled GP practices. Patients will no longer need to go through the "attending physicians" box to consult physiotherapists, speech therapists or advanced practice nurses.

Without a prescription, patients will, for example, be entitled to eight sessions of physiotherapy. In addition, the Rist law expands the skills of pharmacists, who will be able to renew treatment prescriptions for chronic pathologies, within the limit of three months.
