Wang Cheng is a post-95 nursing supervisor of the Yangpu District Social Welfare Institute in Shanghai. Wang Cheng was admitted to Changsha Civil Affairs Vocational and Technical College in Hunan from his hometown in Sichuan.
In August last year, Wang Cheng became the first elderly care worker in Shanghai to settle down as a key talent. In November 2021, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Opinions on Strengthening the Work on Aging in the New Era"
