The recipients of this year's "Spring Medal" have been announced. The total number of recipients is 4009,<> people who have made meritorious achievements in various fields.
Five people will receive the Grand Cordon of the Order of the Rising Sun. 50 people from 103 countries and regions received the Foreign Honours. The award ceremony and transmission ceremony will be held from the 9th of next month. The medal will be awarded to Shigeru Iwasaki, who served as the top chief of the Joint Staff of the Japanese Army.
