The Japan Academy of Pediatrics analyzed the symptoms after recovery based on data from approximately 20,4600 patients under the age of 1 infected with the new coronavirus. Of these 181 people, 55 had fever, 54 had cough, 30 had malaise, 16 had abdominal pain, 15 had headache and diarrhea.
The proportion of people with fever and cough has increased, and abnormalities in the sense of smell and taste have decreased. The academic society warns that children also have symptoms that continue for a long time at a certain rate.
