The average age of A-bomb survivors exceeded 84 years old as of last year. Some people say that this is their last chance to appeal to the world.

Toshiko Tanaka was unable to talk about his experience of the atomic bombing for more than 6 years. He was invited by a local young person to give testimony in the U.S. ahead of the G7 Summit. He appealed in English for the abolition of nuclear weapons to the younger generation, including university and high school students.
