François Berléand had appealed to the Kretz family of the TMC show "The Agency" to try to sell his property. The 71-year-old actor has finally found a buyer for his house in the Basque Country.

"I had bought it for 320,000 euro and I had 520,000 euros of work done," he said. "The deal should be concluded during the month of May," he told Télé 7 jours in an exclusive interview.
