Nuclear is looking for engineers, boilermakers and welders. The sector has 100,000 people to find and train in the decade to support the revival of the atom in France.

With at least six EPRs to be built and plants to be extended, the nuclear industry is facing immense challenges, both industrial and human. The most in-demand jobs? Boilermaking, whose recruitment will increase by 140% over 10 years, and even more civil engineering (+220%). The Ministry of Energy Transition says it will recruit at all levels, from the professional baccalaureate to engineers.
