The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) announced on 21 April that in order to standardize the custody activities of host trading in the securities and futures market. The Commission drafted the "Provisions on the Administration of Host Trading Custody in the Securities and Futures Market (Draft for Comments) to solicit opinions from the public.
The Provisions specify the relevant requirements for securities and. futures exchanges to provide hosting trading custody services. They also stipulate that the CSRC and its dispatched agencies shall carry out on-site and off-site inspections.
