The Etihad Airways plane landed for the first time in Boston on Sunday, March 31, marking the launch of regular flights and enriching travel options for travelers.

It stated in a statement that the inaugural flight “EY147” was celebrated at Zayed International Airport in Abu Dhabi before it took off non-stop to the company’s fourth destination in America.

According to Etihad Airways, the new service will be operated on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays on board the latest Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft.

Antonualdo Neves, CEO of Etihad Airways, said: “We are pleased to launch flights to Boston, which contributes to expanding our reach across the United States and enhancing connectivity for passengers.”
