Dubai Stock Exchange suspends trading in 3 companies for not disclosing their annual data

The Dubai Financial Market announced today, Monday, the suspension of trading in the shares of “Shuaa Capital, Aman, and Takaful Al Emarat” companies, due to non-disclosure of their financial statements for the year 2023.



Shuaa Capital announced today, Monday, the postponement of the publication of its audited financial statements for the year 2023 until Completing negotiations with creditors regarding direct debt restructuring aimed at reducing financial leverage and strengthening its capital base

The Board of Directors of Dubai Islamic Insurance and Reinsurance Company “Aman” also announced yesterday that it had approved the company’s audited financial statements for the year 2023 without announcing any details about them.
